By accessing or using BusinessVault Members ("the Platform"), operated by M Traders Last LLC, a Florida limited liability company (EIN: 92-1847563), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
BusinessVault Members provides business intelligence tools, financial analytics, market research, and member resources on a subscription basis. Access is granted upon successful payment and account creation. Membership tiers and features are subject to change with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your membership access with third parties. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at hello@businessvaultmembers.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Membership fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Payments are processed securely. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

All content, tools, reports, and materials on the Platform are the property of M Traders Last LLC or its licensors. No content may be reproduced without express written permission. Members receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access content for personal business use only.
The Platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Business intelligence content is for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M Traders Last LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any business decisions made based on Platform content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
