What will appear on my bank/card statement? +
Your statement will show the charge descriptor: BUSINESSVAULT*MEM. If you see this charge and did not authorise it, contact us immediately at hello@businessvaultmembers.com.
When am I billed? +
Your first charge occurs when your application is approved and payment is confirmed. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar date each month (or year, for annual plans). If that date does not exist in a given month, billing occurs on the last day of the month.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Bank Transfer (SWIFT/SEPA/ACH), Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and Cryptocurrency (USDT on TRC20 or ERC20 networks). Payment instructions are sent by email after application.
Can I switch plans? +
Yes. Email hello@businessvaultmembers.com to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated for the remainder of the billing period). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial? +
We do not offer free trials. All subscriptions are paid in advance. We strongly encourage you to review our
full service listing and
speak with our team before subscribing to confirm the service meets your requirements.
What is your refund policy? +
All payments are final and non-refundable. Our services are digital and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation โ access to reports, databases, and advisory resources constitutes full delivery of the service. No refunds, credits, or pro-rata adjustments are issued for any reason. See our

What happens if my payment fails? +
If a payment fails, we will retry once after 3 days and once more after 7 days. If all retries fail, your account will be suspended (not deleted). You can reactivate by settling the outstanding balance.
How do I update my payment method? +
Email hello@businessvaultmembers.com to request a new payment link or bank details. We do not store card numbers.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. There is no minimum term and no cancellation penalty. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. See our

Are there any hidden fees? +
No. The price shown on our pricing page is the total you pay. There are no setup fees, no activation fees, and no hidden charges.
